India Post Postal Assistant Exam Pattern 2015 :
The Indian Postal Examination contain 2 paper.
- Written Exam
- Typing/Computer Exam
- Written Exam:
- Written exam contain an Aptitude type of question.This wriyyen exam carry total 100 marks. This exam paper divide in 4 different subject like,GK,Maths,English and Resoning.
- This section have time duration of 120 minutes. Each of the 5 section carry 25 marks.
- No negative marking is there in exam.
- The Question in exam is Multichoice .
- Each question carry 1 marks.

Description of written exam section for Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant (PA/ SA) :
- General Knowledge Section:
This section includes general awareness question,current affairs etc.
- Mathematics :
This section include followings:
- Number System,
- Profit and Loss,
- Time and Work,
- Time and Distance,
- Ratio and Proportion,
- Simple and Compound Interest,
- Percentage,
- Average,etc.
- English :
This section include followings:
- Grammer,
- Direct and Indirect Speech,
- Tenses,
- Preposition,etc.
- Reasoning and analytical Ability :
- This section include followings:
- Coding and Decoding,
- Series,
- Decision making,etc.
- Computer/ Typing Test:
This section include tying.Typing test is for 30 minutes.In 30 minutes15 minute for typing and 15 minutes for data entry.In typing one para of 450 word for English,and 375 for Hindi typing.
